Yes! I have an office in Carrollwood (North Tampa, Florida) where I can see clients for in-person sessions. I also offer virtual appointments for clients anywhere in the states of Florida and Vermont.
-
50 minute session: $200
Like most specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Please see FAQ below as I may be able to help you access your out-of-network benefits - many of my clients do get reimbursed through their insurance for a portion of my fee.
*I do leave room in my caseload for a certain number of sliding scale spots. Please connect with me to talk more about your needs.

Many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. With this benefit we can submit a super bill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I automatically provide these super bills to you monthly if you plan on submitting to your insurance. I also utilize a company called Thrizer which can help you access out of network benefits. I can check these benefits for you (you can also call your insurance company directly) - if you would like me to check your benefits please reach out here!
-
I reserve several spots in my practice for those who are unable to pay the full fee.
Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is another great option for reduced fee/sliding scale therapy

Yes! I see clients both in my office in Tampa or virtually throughout the state of Florida and ermont. I am happy to offer telehealth via secure, HIPAA-compliant video.
-
This varies depending on a few things! Some clients come see me for a short period of time to address something very specific, whereas others may come long-term if that is what feels right for them. Depending on their unique needs, I see clients weekly/every other week/on an occasional basis.

Before scheduling a therapy session, I like to connect first with all potential new clients. This gives us the chance to get to know each other.
Here’s what you can expect:
I’ll ask you about why you’re seeking therapy
I’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist
You can ask me any questions that I didn’t cover
We’ll talk about rates, insurance, availability, etc.
-
Absolutely. Highly sensitive adults are at the heart of my practice. Many of my clients feel deeply, think constantly, pick up on subtle shifts in other people’s moods, and often feel overwhelmed by the pressure to “hold it all together.” Being highly sensitive does not mean you’re dramatic or overreacting—it means your nervous system processes the world more intensely.
Therapy with me is designed to help sensitive nervous systems feel safer, calmer, and more grounded. Together, we untangle the internalized messages you’ve absorbed about who you “should” be, and help you move toward more self-compassion, ease, and emotional clarity.
-
Yes—this is one of my core specialties. Many of my clients struggle with negative body image, food guilt, self-criticism, comparison, or the long-term effects of dieting. You don’t have to have an eating disorder diagnosis to deserve support.
We’ll explore the internalized cultural, family, and diet-culture messages that have shaped the way you feel about your body and your worth. My approach is weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and anti-diet, with a focus on helping you build body trust, self-compassion, and a healthier relationship with yourself—not another set of rules to follow.
-
Not at all. In fact, the majority of my clients do not have a formal diagnosis—they’re simply stuck in patterns that feel hard, painful, or confusing.
Maybe you’ve been dieting or restricting for years and don’t know how to eat without stress.
Maybe you feel guilty about hunger.
Maybe your body image keeps you from social events, intimacy, or daily comfort. You deserve support long before things feel “bad enough.” Working on food and body concerns is valid at any stage, and your experience is real whether or not it has a label.
-
The first session is all about helping you feel comfortable and understood—no pressure, no expectations, no need to “perform.” We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming lately. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help me understand your story, sensitivity, and the internalized messages you’ve carried.
Most people leave the first session feeling relieved, seen, and surprised by how safe it felt to slow down. If you’re highly sensitive, we’ll go at a pace that feels grounding—not rushed.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want to work on to start. We’ll figure it out together.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, powerful approach that helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself—like the anxious part, the perfectionistic part, the critical part, or the overwhelmed part. Instead of trying to push these parts away, we get curious about them.
IFS helps you:
Understand why you react the way you do
Heal the younger parts of you carrying shame or hurt
Soften your inner critic
Make decisions from a calmer, more grounded place
IFS is especially supportive for highly sensitive adults because it validates your inner world without judgment. In our work together, IFS helps you understand your emotional landscape in a way that’s compassionate, empowering, and transformative.
-
Brainspotting is a mind-body therapy that helps you process emotional and physical tension stored in your nervous system. Instead of talking in circles about something painful, Brainspotting lets your brain and body access what’s been stuck beneath the surface and gently release it.
It can help with:
Anxiety
Trauma
Self-criticism
Body image distress
Emotional overwhelm
Chronic tension or shutdown
It’s a great fit if you’ve tried talk therapy and felt like something was missing, or if you’re a highly sensitive person who feels things physically as much as emotionally. Most people experience Brainspotting as calming, grounding, and surprisingly clarifying.

Yes, I offer therapy intensives for clients who want a deeper, more focused experience than weekly therapy can provide. Intensives allow us to spend several hours in one session (or over a few days) to work through the patterns, emotions, and internalized messages that keep showing up in your life.
They're especially helpful if:
You’re a highly sensitive person who needs uninterrupted time to settle in
You’re feeling stuck despite weekly therapy
You’re navigating trauma, self-criticism, or long-held shame
You want to make progress more quickly
You prefer a concentrated dose of support
I offer IFS Intensives, Brainspotting Intensives, and hybrid formats personalized to your needs.

Yes. I’m licensed in both Florida and Vermont, which means I can offer virtual therapy to adults located in either state. Many of my highly sensitive clients prefer virtual sessions because they feel more comfortable processing emotions at home.
Whether you're in Tampa, elsewhere in Florida, or living in Vermont, you can access support that’s gentle, thoughtful, and tailored to your sensitivity and lived experience.
