Consultation & Clinical Supervision

My Supervision Style

real talk. Clinical growth. supervision that actually supports you.

Supervision with me isn’t about pretending you’ve got it all figured out—it’s about creating space for the real, messy, human parts of being a therapist in training.

I bring a warm, collaborative, and reflective approach to supervision. I blend clinical insight with curiosity, compassion, and a little sass when needed. Whether you're wrestling with countertransference, questioning your treatment plan, or dealing with burnout, I’ll help you slow down, tune in, and grow in your confidence and clarity.

I integrate the same modalities I use in therapy—Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-informed care—to help you understand not just your clients, but also yourself as a clinician.

This is a space where you can explore, unpack, get unstuck, and most importantly—stay true to your own voice.

Some of my clinical interests (ie things I love talking about):

Disordered eating and chronic diet recovery (a mix of personal and clinical experience)

Weight neutral/fat positive care (and what it is like navigating this world in a larger body)

Body image (and the grief that comes with it)

Helping navigate anxiety and depression through values work (including IFS and ACT strategies)

Self esteem through the lens of the shitty culture we live in and the ā€œrulesā€ we are told we must follow

Working on our general relationships with food and body (which impacts SO many of the clients we see)

I’m here for you.

You’re allowed to get support to help you be confident in your work.

what you can expect:

  • A judgment-free zone where you can ask anything (yes, even the awkward stuff)

  • Case consultation that’s practical, insightful, and rooted in your client’s context

  • IFS and ACT-informed exploration of stuck points and emotional reactions

  • Guidance on ethical decision-making with space to talk it through, not just check a box

  • Support with burnout prevention, boundary-setting, and self-reflection

  • Gentle accountability + meaningful encouragement

  • A place to celebrate your wins, big and small

Questions?

FAQs

  • This really depends on what your goals are! For some clinicians, we meet as needed when they have cases that they need support on. For others we have a more structured schedule so that they can stay ahead of feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

You might even schedule 1 consultation call to discuss a case that is within my specialty areas (disordered eating, body image, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, IFS)

If you are a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in FL needing supervision for LCSW licensure, we need to follow board rules about how often to meet.

  • Yes! If you are registered in the State of FL I can see you either virtual or in my Carrollwood (North Tampa) office.

  • Generally, my fee is $175 per hour (the same as my clinical fee for sessions with clients).

Remember that we can meet as little or as much as you need.

If you think we would be a great fit but have financial concerns, feel free to reach out to discuss creative options.

  • Absolutely - I actually prefer that we do before deciding to meet! This gives you a chance to get answers to any questions that you have and for me to see if we seem aligned in our values and work.
