Does this resonate?

It feels like life is a constant struggle, and you don’t know where to begin. I’m here to help.

Hey, I’m Keri!

I know how you feel.

I know what it’s like to struggle with food, body image, and self-worth—because I’ve been there. My own healing journey has shaped how I support clients today. I once battled disordered eating, a negative body image, and self-doubt, but through unlearning harmful beliefs and reconnecting with myself, I found a path toward alignment, freedom, and self-compassion. Now, as a therapist specializing in disordered eating, body image issues, and anxiety, I help adult women do the same. I believe you already have the strength within you to live a meaningful, fulfilling life—you just need the right support to help you get there.
